Just wanted to say, Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and How are you handling injection-day fatigue. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Everyone's different of course.
