Keto + tirzepatide is the combination that finally worked for me. I'd done keto before with limited results and tirzepatide with limited results, but together the appetite suppression of the medication plus the ketosis just clicked. Down 28 lbs in 5 months. Not claiming this works for everyone but wanted to share what's working for me.

Same here — Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. My doctor had me hold at 7.5 until side effects settled. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Honestly, I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. You've got this.

Late to this but Such an inspiration honestly. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. How's your energy been lately. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Maintenance for three months now and holding. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. You've got this.

Honestly, Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Been there — it does get easier I promise. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.
