Coming back to this thread, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared.

Just wanted to say, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Same here, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower.

Checking in this morning, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Following along, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. What helped you push through the plateau. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Onward!

Adding my two cents: Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. This community is the best.

Reading this today and I learned not to lie down right after eating. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Onward!
