For what it's worth, This is exactly the wholesome content I needed today. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Ozempic month 8 update - the food noise is gone
For what it's worth, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared.
