month 3 update posted today - the NSVs are adding up
Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Finally broke a long plateau!
Honestly, Maintenance for three months now and holding. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
