Late to this but The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Such an inspiration honestly. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Onward!

Following along, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
