Midlands here and same story, my last refill showed up a week late and I was ringing them daily. Down 18 lbs myself and the thought of a gap in my routine is what pushed me to set a reorder reminder way earlier than I used to. Sounds like it's rough everywhere in the UK right now, not just your area.
Down 15 lbs on Zepbound myself and even here in the US I started ordering a refill a good two weeks early after one late shipment nearly caused a gap. Sounds like the supply mess is hitting both sides of the pond, so chasing your pharmacy now before you actually need it seems like the move.
South east here and my last refill took nearly three weeks, so I've started reordering the moment I hit the halfway point of a pen. Down 65 lbs and I'm not risking a gap either. Chasing early seems to be the only reliable move right now.
North west here and it's been the same chaos, my last script took two chase-ups as well. I'm down about 43 lbs and now I reorder as soon as I start my final pen, which has kept me gap-free so far. Sounds like chasing early is just the norm in the UK now.
Similar chaos on my end even ordering from the US, so I feel you. Down 21 lbs on retatrutide and after one shipment showed up late I now reorder way earlier than feels necessary. Annoying, but a gap scares me more than the admin hassle.
