Checking in this morning, Been there, it does get easier I promise. You should be really proud. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Hang in there.

Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled.

Honestly, Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Same here, How's your energy been lately. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Keep us posted!

Adding my two cents: I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Cheering you on from here. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Checking in this morning, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. You've got this. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Onward!
