Honestly, Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Onward!

Totally agree. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Thanks for sharing this.

Reading this and The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher.

Same here, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Hang in there.

Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. So glad I'm not alone in this.
