Switching from Wegovy to something else?

I'm on the pill version at the highest strength and my appetite shift didn't show up until week 3 or so either, so two weeks of quiet sounds pretty normal from what I've seen. Down 30 lbs over the long haul here, and the slow start was just part of it. Give it a few more weeks before deciding anything.
