Honestly, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Hang in there.

Late to this but Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock.

Coming back to this thread, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone.
