Coming back to this thread, My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this today and Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Following along, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.
