Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, We're all in this together. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
