Just took my compounded sema dose, sharing how it's going

The food noise got loud again today and it threw me. Sharing in case others feel the same mid-week on Wegovy.

Following along, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared.

Coming back to this thread, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects.

Just wanted to say, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
