Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Hang in there.

Nausea toolkit — everything that helped me survive the first 4 weeks
Honestly, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Hang in there.
