Honestly, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. This community is the best.

semaglutide plateau at 75 lbs down - what worked?
Same here, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Onward!
