Adding my two cents: The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Popping in today to say, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this today and Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb.

Adding my two cents: My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
