For what it's worth, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Don't give up, it's worth it.

Totally agree. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. This community is the best.
