Following along, Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Following along, Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Such an inspiration honestly. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. My last check-up came back looking great. This community is the best.

Just wanted to say, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. So glad I'm not alone in this.
