Constipation protocol that worked for me

Following along, Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Same here, Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
