Nausea has been rough today and I'm looking for anything that helps right now. What worked for you?

Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Onward!

Late to this but Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
