Checking in this morning, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Keep going, seriously.

Reading this today and Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage.

Just wanted to say, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
