Reconstitution sanity check before I mix today

Honestly, You should be really proud. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared.

Just wanted to say, Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Incredible progress. So glad I'm not alone in this.

My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
