Look how far you've come. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. My last check-up came back looking great. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. My last check-up came back looking great. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, I learned not to lie down right after eating. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
