Face gains - anyone else notice it first there?

Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. What helped you push through the plateau. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
