Storage question - just got a new batch today

Switching to compounded today and want the dose conversion right. How did you approach it?

For what it's worth, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Look how far you've come. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
