Totally agree. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. You've got this.

Coming back to this thread, Supply's been tight in my area too. This community is the best.

Late to this but Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. What helped you push through the plateau. Onward!
