Adding my two cents: You're doing amazing. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. My sleep numbers improved at my last check. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
