For what it's worth, Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. My last check-up came back looking great. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Old jeans from years ago fit again. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this today and Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. What helped you push through the plateau. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
