Honestly, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Hang in there.

Following along, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule.

Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Rooting for you.

Adding my two cents: I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. You've got this.

I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Following along, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. This community is the best.

Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Everyone's different of course.
