Popping in today to say, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb.

For what it's worth, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.

Popping in today to say, Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Keep us posted!

Just wanted to say, How are you handling injection-day fatigue. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose.

Totally agree. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
