This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep going, seriously. Rooting for you.

Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. You've got this.

Adding my two cents: Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

My doctor had me hold at 7.5 until side effects settled. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it.

Late to this but Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters.

Reading this and Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Rooting for you.

For what it's worth, Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Rooting for you.

Just wanted to say, Don't give up, it's worth it. Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. You've got this.

Totally agree. The mental side is harder than people admit. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
