This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

Adding my two cents: Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Keep going, seriously. What's your current titration schedule looking like. This community is the best.

Totally agree. The mental side is harder than people admit. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
