For what it's worth, Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Thanks for sharing this.

Same here, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but My sleep numbers improved at my last check. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Got off one of my blood pressure meds. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
