For what it's worth, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. This is huge. Rooting for you.
