Totally agree. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Don't give up, it's worth it. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
