Totally agree. Welcome in, don't be a stranger. Supply's been tight in my area too. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Access where I am has been hit or miss lately. You've got this.
