The food noise went quiet at week 3 — sharing my experience

Late to this but The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. This community is the best.

Same here, My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Onward!
