How I finally beat the constipation problem

Just wanted to say, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, How are you finding the higher dose so far. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Such an inspiration honestly. You've got this.

Coming back to this thread, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Everyone's different of course.
